Our rule: AI-assisted, human-reviewed
AI tools help us research, draft, analyze data, and check our work. A named person on our team reviews, edits, and fact-checks everything before it reaches you, and nothing is published on your behalf without your approval.
Where we use AI
- Researching topics, competitors, and the questions your customers ask
- Drafting outlines, articles, FAQs, emails, and social posts for human editing
- Writing and reviewing website code, which a person tests before launch
- Summarizing data for reports
- Checking how AI engines answer your customers' questions (this is part of the service)
Where we do not use AI
- We never publish AI-generated content without human editing and your approval
- We never use AI to write reviews or testimonials
- We never invent statistics, quotes, credentials, or results
- We never let AI make medical or treatment claims; those come from you and approved sources
Your data
- We only share with AI tools what a task needs, and we use business or enterprise versions of AI tools where available, with settings that do not allow our inputs to be used for model training.
- We do not put patient, guest, or customer personal data into AI tools.
- You can ask us at any time which tools were used on your account.
