This policy explains what information Cybergenium collects through cybergenium.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer you and deliver our services, and we never sell your personal information.
Who we are
Cybergenium is a search and web agency headquartered in Pampanga, Philippines, serving clients in the United States. For any privacy question or request, email contact@cybergenium.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in our contact or audit request forms, we collect your name, email address, business name, website, city, industry, budget range, competitors, how you heard about us, and your message.
- Payment information. If you pay online, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level), device type, and browser.
- Emails and calls. If you email us or book a call, we keep the correspondence and any notes needed to follow up.
How we use it

Who we share it with

- Our payment processor and scheduling tool, when you pay or book a call
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, when needed
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, and client records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails (every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link)
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Individuals in the Philippines have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), including the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, and to erase or block personal data.

How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, limit access to the people who need it, and choose providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you as the law requires.
International transfers
Our team works in the Philippines, and our service providers may store data in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed outside the state or country where you live, under safeguards that protect it.
Children's privacy
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will note it on this page.
